What you'll do
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and applications
- Manage user accounts, email, and Microsoft 365 services
- Support PMS and POS systems, including Opera and Simphony
- Configure and maintain Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems
- Troubleshoot IT issues for staff and guests, including device and connectivity problems
- Maintain IT inventory and perform regular system backups
- Collaborate with external vendors and provide helpdesk support to local and remote users
- Identify improvement opportunities and help optimize IT operations
