What you'll do
- Assist with the administration of Active Directory users and groups
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and printers
- Install and configure Antivirus and endpoint security solutions
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues
- Log, track, prioritize, and follow up on technical incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and ensure high end-user satisfaction
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to support IT services and infrastructure
Key requirements
- Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 knowledge
- Experience with Windows 10 - 11 operating systems
- Understanding of networking concepts including LAN and WAN
- Skills in antivirus and endpoint security solutions
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and hardware and software support
- Customer-oriented communication and incident management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Computer Science / Any Field
