What you'll do
- Prepare your station using mise en place.
- Apply knowledge of the beverage menu and wine list.
- Serve customers according to hospitality standards.
- Organize and maintain a clean workplace.
- Monitor station supplies and inform your direct supervisor.
- Communicate any issues to your direct supervisor.
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Tourism education and bar department experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- English and MS Office.
- Station preparation, beverage menu and wine list knowledge.
- Customer service and workplace cleanliness.
- Health and safety procedures and stock monitoring.
