What you'll do
- Prepare your station (mise en place)
- Know the menu and wine list
- Serve customers according to the Group's hospitality standards
- Keep your work area tidy and clean
- Monitor supplies at your station and inform your supervisor
- Communicate any issues to your immediate supervisor
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Tourism Education
- Experience in Food & Beverage in a 4* or 5* hotel
- English Language Skills (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of POS (order taking)
- Tourism
