What you'll do
- Prepare your station using mise en place
- Apply menu and wine list knowledge when serving guests
- Serve customers according to hospitality standards
- Organize and maintain a clean workplace
- Monitor station supplies and inform your direct supervisor
- Communicate any issues to your direct supervisor
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Customer service and menu and wine list knowledge
- Mise en place and workplace cleanliness
- POS knowledge
- English and MS Office
- Health and safety procedures
- Inventory and supply monitoring
- Tourism Studies
