What you'll do
- Review structural designs alongside architectural and electromechanical designs
- Prepare technical reports and ensure correct implementation of designs
- Measure quantities and prepare work and material items for project evaluation and procurement
- Schedule activities on overall, monthly, weekly and daily timelines
- Supervise on-site work and coordinate construction crews and workforce
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Ensure material flow and adherence to project schedules
- Maintain construction health and safety throughout the project
- Plan and organize necessary technical works outside the contractual documents
- Prepare, record and communicate project progress to management
- Ensure construction quality standards and appropriate construction methods are applied
- Provide technical support to other company departments when required
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Construction project management and Project management
- Technical coordination and Reading and coordination of multidisciplinary designs
- Construction methods and materials application, Technical specifications and Quantity surveying and measurements
- Cost analysis, Site organization and Workforce management
- AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office
- Construction health and safety and English
- Civil Engineering
