What you'll do
- Review and validate all technical documents, licenses, and certifications
- Evaluate designs, prepare budgets, and guide vendors to deliver high-quality construction results
- Set priorities, anticipate risks, and keep every project on track for timely delivery
- Coordinate design standards and ensure alignment between internal and external engineering teams
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines and keep stakeholders informed with clear reports
- Ensure vendor work meets quality standards and complies with all technical requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and provide hands-on support to teams on-site
- Collaborate with other teams during rollout phases to ensure seamless implementation
- Review vendor invoices and confirm they match completed work
- Liaise with authorities and support preparation of technical documentation
Key requirements
- AutoCAD and architectural design understanding
- Communication skills in Greek and English including presentation capabilities
- Project management and organizational skills
- Technical documentation review and technical standards coordination
- Vendor coordination and report preparation
- Analytical skills and problem-solving
