What you'll do
- Implement regulatory and legal requirements for electricity and natural gas supply activities.
- Prepare, control and coordinate regulatory reports for external supervisory bodies.
- Monitor the regulatory framework and inform stakeholders about new directives and decisions.
- Provide regulatory guidance on new products and applicable technical requirements.
- Review customer contracts and business documentation from a regulatory perspective.
- Advise on consumer protection matters and coordinate responses to regulatory complaints.
- Manage regulatory obligations and data submissions for Energy Efficiency Obligation Schemes.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Regulatory compliance, energy legislation and regulatory framework monitoring.
- Regulatory reporting, data submission and engagement with regulatory authorities.
- Legal and regulatory requirements implementation and technical requirements compliance.
- Consumer protection compliance and energy supply regulation.
- Contract and business documentation review.
- Stakeholder management, compliance assurance and problem-solving.
- Engineering / Law / Economics / Energy Law / Energy Economics
