What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with required procedures
- Achieve store sales goals and KPIs
- Provide quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team for effective daily store tasks
- Manage store merchandise including receiving, transfers, returns, and stock control
- Maintain store commercial appearance according to Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Organize and present promotional activities in the store
- Utilize product commercial knowledge to leverage store sales points
- Analyze sales reports and propose improvements
- Lead the team with motivation, organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, develop, and upskill store staff using company tools
- Ensure compliance with Loss & Prevention policies and minimize losses
- Maintain Health & Safety standards for employees in store and warehouse
