What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations in line with quality standards, procedures, and company policies
- Lead, guide, and inspire the team to achieve strong performance, collaboration, and customer service
- Maintain an active sales-floor presence and provide real-time team guidance and customer support
- Monitor performance indicators and turn data into concrete action plans
- Apply commercial strategies, promotions, and pricing policies to maximize profitability
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and the overall in-store customer experience
- Analyze reports from available tools and use insights to support decision-making
- Work closely with central departments to implement company strategy at store level
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, digital time-card, and scheduling policies
- Support team participation in training and development plans while identifying talent and growth opportunities
- Build a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Represent the company in the local market and strengthen its employer brand and community relationships
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Team management and crisis and emergency management
- Retail sales experience and commercial target achievement
- Technology product knowledge, including home appliances and entertainment products knowledge
- KPI and report analysis, merchandising, and inventory management
- Commercial strategies and pricing
- Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and English language
- Communication and negotiation; health and safety
- Higher Education
