What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build customer trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage store commercial activities, including goods receipt, transfers, returns, stock control and replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present promotional activities in the store
- Use product commercial knowledge and store sales opportunities effectively
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and recommend improvements
- Lead the team through motivation, organization, open communication and respect
- Train, evaluate, develop and support employees using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and motivate the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse

- Gross monthly compensation ranges from €1,350 to €1,430, depending on experience and qualifications.
