What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with all necessary procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team for effective daily store activities
- Manage store merchandise including receipt, transfers, returns, stock control, and timely replenishment
- Maintain store commercial image according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present promotional activities in the store
- Leverage product commercial appeal and store features
- Analyze sales based on reports and propose improvements
- Lead the team through motivation, organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, and develop employees using company tools
- Apply Loss & Prevention rules and engage team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance for employees in store and stock area
Key requirements
- Experience in team management and store operations management
- Knowledge of fashion trends and sales targets achievement
- Customer service excellence and organizational skills
- Communication skills and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and English language proficiency
- Results orientation with focus on achieving business goals
