What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage goods receiving, transfers, returns, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present promotional activities in the store
- Leverage product performance and the store’s commercial areas
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and propose improvements
- Lead the team through motivation, organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, educate, and develop employees using available company tools
- Apply Loss Prevention rules and motivate the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse

- Store management, Inventory management, and Loss Prevention
- Team management, Work organization and coordination, and Employee training and development
- Customer service and Sales target achievement
- Visual Merchandising, Promotional activity management, and Knowledge of fashion and competitor trends
- Sales and commercial report analysis and MS Office
- English

- Gross monthly earnings range from €1,350 to €1,430, depending on experience and qualifications.
