What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage store merchandise, including deliveries, transfers, returns, stock checks, and replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Use product performance knowledge and commercial store areas effectively
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and suggest improvements
- Lead, motivate, organize, and develop the team through open communication and respect
- Train, assess, educate, and develop employees using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and engage the team in reducing losses
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse

- Store management, Inventory management, and Work organization and coordination
- Sales target achievement and Sales and commercial report analysis
- Team management and Customer service
- Visual Merchandising and Knowledge of fashion and competition trends
- Loss Prevention and Health and safety
- Time management, MS Office, and English
