What you'll do
- Acknowledge MEP scope throughout the project in collaboration with Tenant Coordination Team
- Integrate smart technologies and explore innovative solutions
- Support Tenant Coordination Team Coordinator in tenancy implementation tasks
- Liaise between Leasing and Development to ensure compliance with agreements and specs
- Assist negotiation and justification of ERGOLAVIKO with tenants
- Recommend new commercial options and generate scenarios fitting tenant and project needs
- Update Commercial Plans based on leasing progress with emphasis on MEP issues
- Align Security, Facility, and Waste Management with operational requirements
- Develop and implement PV panel strategies
- Coordinate MEP-related interfaces with Infrastructure Development
- Support liaison with tenants, architects, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with Tenant Design Guidelines
- Monitor and resolve MEP-related tenancy and agreement issues
- Maintain accurate Commercial Plans and technical records
- Propose layouts for new tenants and monitor agreements
- Participate in leasing meetings and tenant discussions
- Collect and record technical info from commercial agreements for design use
- Track tenant utility connection progress
- Alert team to changes impacting project outcomes
- Advise on risks and mitigation actions
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- MEP knowledge and Fire Prevention Regulations understanding
- Tenant Coordination and Project Coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Adobe
- Strong English language proficiency
- Organizational, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
