What you'll do
- Assist with preparing the construction budget and schedule
- Contribute to the project execution plan, method statements, and quality plan
- Collaborate with site personnel, superintendents, foremen, and project team members
- Coordinate and supervise construction works according to schedules and drawings
- Prepare monthly subcontractor and supplier payment certifications and work acceptance
- Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- On-site construction supervision and construction work coordination
- Construction scheduling and budgeting
- Project execution planning, method statements, and quality planning
- Subcontractor management and payment certification
- Procurement and tender processes, including change management
- Design document coordination, shop drawing coordination, and construction drawings
- Architectural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
