What you'll do
- Ensure permitting compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework for projects
- Review architectural studies submitted by developers
- Prepare feasibility studies for individual projects
- Identify permitting risks and define mitigation actions
- Support permitting across all projects and advise relevant parties on legislation and restrictions
- Develop permitting roadmaps and maintain compliance with the legal framework
- Report permit-process status and keep related documentation updated
- Support developers with building permit submission procedures
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Permitting compliance, permitting roadmaps, and permitting risk identification and mitigation
- Architectural studies review and feasibility studies
- Building permit processes and submission requirements
- AutoCAD
- NOK and Building Code, Law 4495/2017, coverage diagram review, and urban planning regimes
- Building permit authorities, policies, and processes; English language
- Architecture / Civil Engineering
