What you'll do
- Ensure permitting compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework
- Review architectural studies and design submissions
- Prepare feasibility studies for individual projects
- Develop permitting roadmaps for buildings and infrastructure works
- Manage project schedules and monitor the permitting process
- Identify permitting risks, mitigation actions and opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date permit status reports and documentation
- Advise project parties and developers on permitting legislation and restrictions
- Support developers with building permit submission procedures
- Communicate with public permitting authorities on permitting issues
- Advise the Permitting Senior Manager on permitting issues and design approvals
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Permitting compliance, building permit process and Greek building regulations
- Architectural studies review, feasibility studies and coverage diagram review
- Permitting roadmaps, building permit submissions and e-adeies processes
- Project schedule management and risk identification and mitigation
- Urban planning regimes and AutoCAD
- English language
- Architecture / Civil Engineering
