What you'll do
- Operate semiconductor shipments to maintain high-quality customer experience
- Arrange transport and monitor shipments proactively
- Communicate actively with customers and KN stakeholders
- Interact with third-party suppliers
- Create shipment files and update status
- Plan flights and manage collection/delivery requests
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipment tasks
- Monitor and correct data quality
- Handle exceptions, deviations, and customer escalations
Key requirements
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience with shipment monitoring and customer communication
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and decision making ability
- Skilled in self-organization, teamwork, and flexibility
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and communication tools
- Availability for 24/7 shift work including nights and weekends
