What you'll do
- Arrange transport for semiconductor shipments
- Monitor shipment status and update accordingly
- Communicate actively with customers and KN stakeholders
- Interact with third party suppliers
- Create files and perform flight planning
- Handle collection and delivery requests
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipment tasks
- Monitor and correct shipment data quality
- Handle exceptions, deviations, and customer escalations
- Deliver outstanding customer experience

The purpose of this function is the operate Semiconductor shipments to the highest standards with the expectation to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

This includes, but is not limited to, transport arrangements, shipment monitoring and active communication with customers and KN stakeholders. Additionally, interaction with third party suppliers is required.
