Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Skills in kitchen design and interior design
- Proficient in design software such as TriCAD and ArchiCAD
- Strong digital technology skills
- Customer journey management and customer follow-up
- Sales skills with payment process management
- Project coordination and collaboration with service providers

• Design & Sales: Craft functional and stylish kitchen designs tailored to the customer’s lifestyle and needs. Deliver compelling presentations and close sales with confidence.
• Customer Journey Management: Be the primary point of contact, curating the customer experience from initial consultation through to final installation.
• Payment Process: Advise clients on payment options, ensure clear communication, and facilitate timely and accurate payment processing.
• Collaboration with Service Providers: Coordinate effectively with installers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitors’ offerings, pricing, and trends to provide a competitive edge.
• Project Coordination: Align teams and partners to ensure smooth project delivery, on-time execution, and strong client satisfaction.
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
• Design Studies with a focus on kitchen and interior design
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in similar position
• Strong Experience in Design Software (TriCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.)
• Embracing digital tools and skilled with digital technology
