About the job
The Junior Architect will support the team in the planning, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s building infrastructure and workspaces. The role involves assisting in renovation projects, space planning, and the technical coordination of facilities-related initiatives to ensure that company premises operate efficiently, safely, and in line with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of renovation, refurbishment, and space planning projects (e.g., office layouts, workplace improvements, and building upgrades).
Prepare, update, and maintain architectural drawings and documentation (CAD/BIM).
Maintain and organize technical documentation related to buildings and facilities.
Assist in preparing technical specifications, cost estimates, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
0–3 years of relevant professional experience (experience in architectural offices or building-related projects is considered an asset).
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong teamwork and communication skills
