What you'll do

- Participate in site meetings and maintain site records including drawings, revisions, approvals, and inspection reports
- Verify and validate subcontractor quantity reports and payment certifications
- Ensure all architectural changes are documented and approved
- Inspect project completion, prepare snagging list, and supervise implementation
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Architectural site supervision in residential building construction
- Managing finishing works, façade details, and interior layouts
- Construction site procedures, safety standards, and quality control practices
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Site Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Architect to join the Construction Business Unit (CBU) supporting specific projects of The Ellinikon Project.
The Site Architect will be reporting to the Construction Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
Oversee the on-site execution of architectural works during construction.
Ensure alignment with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design-related issues.
Support timely delivery of architectural elements within project scope and schedule.
In detail, the Site Architect Engineer amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:
Interpret architectural drawings and ensure they are implemented correctly on-site.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior designers to align all disciplines.
Detects inconsistencies between design documents and submits relevant queries to the Project Manager.
Assist in resolving design discrepancies or site-specific adjustments.
Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
Verify that materials used match specifications and approved samples.
Identify and rectify defects or deviations from approved plans.
Provide updates to the Construction Manager on architectural progress.
Participate in site meetings and maintain site records including drawings, revisions, approvals, and inspection reports.
Verifies and validates subcontractor quantity reports and payment certifications.
Ensure all architectural changes are documented and approved.
Upon completion, inspects and confirms project finalization, prepares a detailed snagging list, and supervises its implementation.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Excellent command of the English language.
Professional Experience:
• Previous experience in architectural site supervision is mandatory.
• Minimum [5] years of proven experience in residential building construction required.
• Experience in managing finishing works, façade details, and interior layouts is essential.
• Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, and quality control practices is
required.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Aconex is preferred but not essential.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
