What you'll do
- Present KOIA’s concept and menu, sharing its story with confidence and passion
- Deliver personalized service and manage guests’ dietary preferences with the chef
- Manage reservations and organize tables to optimize the dining experience
- Welcome guests and assign tables efficiently
- Maintain restaurant preparation and cleanliness, including opening and closing duties
- Promote and upsell fine wines, specialty drinks, and signature dishes
- Take and serve orders for room service and poolside dining
- Follow hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe environment
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- English communication
- PDA and POS systems
- Personalized guest service and guest concern resolution
- Fine dining service, menu presentation, and food and beverage service
- Dietary preference management, reservation management, and table organization
- Upselling, restaurant opening and closing procedures, hygiene and safety standards, and wine and specialty beverage knowledge
- Tourism
