What you'll do
- Communicate product benefits to drive and develop sales
- Identify and educate prospective customers while supporting existing clients
- Enrich the client base, provide customer service, and monitor the market
- Suggest new strategy ideas and take original initiatives
- Manage incoming client requests and leads
- Identify client needs and offer suitable products or services
- Register prospect and client data in company systems
- Complete the administrative tasks required to close the sales cycle
- Handle client requests and complaints
- Participate in company events and build relationships with partners
- Develop internal and external customer relationships
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs
- Provide vehicle information, costs, terms, and conditions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Business-to-business sales and sales process management
- Communication, negotiation, and sales presentation
- Customer relationship management, customer service, and lead management
- Market monitoring and sales strategy development
- Vehicle and machinery product knowledge and business acumen
- English, MS Office, and administrative skills
- Finance / Business Administration / Marketing / Mechanical Engineering / Any Field
