The Registry Officer will be responsible for the efficient administration of student records, data management, and the smooth execution of all registry operations. The successful candidate will work closely with academic and administrative staff to support student services, ensuring high accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
Administer, update, and maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date student records throughout the student lifecycle.
Process routine student requests (certifications, transcripts, registrations) in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Manage, organize, and process student data for the preparation of official reports and statistics.
Coordinate closely with academic and other administrative staff to facilitate and support student services.
Participate actively in all core Registry activities requiring administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Registry Officer, Administrative Officer, Secretary, or a similar administrative role (experience in Higher Education will be considered a strong asset).
Undergraduate degree (minimum). Postgraduate studies will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Solid knowledge of office and registry procedures.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team of professionals.
