About the job
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support the smooth operation of the department through a broad range of administrative and coordination responsibilities. The role includes managing documentation and office processes, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting contract and tender administration, and acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality administrative support.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Perform a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties to support the daily operations of the department.
Coordinate administrative processes, contracts, documentation, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, calendars, and provide logistical support to the team.
Monitor timesheets, leave records, invoices, and other administrative workflows.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Operations, Finance, HR, Legal) to ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination.
Support tender administration and other departmental projects by coordinating documentation and following up on deadlines.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence in both Greek and English.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
A flexible, multitasker, detail-oriented and positive professional
1-3 year experience in a similar position.
BS degree preferably in Business or other related field.
Αdvanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent English & Greek writing and oral skills
Excellent organizational skills and team working skills
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
