- Upsell beverages and services
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cocktail making, spirits knowledge and cocktail menu planning
- Beverage product knowledge, coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
- Staff training and customer service
- Stock control, POS systems and organization
- Cleaning and hygiene standards and health and safety compliance
- Upselling and English fluency
