What you'll do
- Serve bar products while prioritizing customer service and guest satisfaction
- Track stock levels and submit orders
- Operate POS systems, including Micros
- Prepare coffee to a high standard
- Maintain the workstation according to cleaning and hygiene standards
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Coffee-making skills and bar product knowledge
- Customer service and fine dining restaurant experience
- Stock tracking and ordering
