What you'll do
- Deliver customer-focused service to ensure smooth shift operations
- Conduct on-the-job training according to departmental standards and procedures
- Demonstrate service attributes in line with company standards
- Follow company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints
- Operate and clean espresso and filter machines as needed
- Prepare coffee drinks, fresh juices and smoothies using recipes and preparation techniques
- Upsell products while meeting guest needs
Key requirements
- Coffee preparation, fresh juice and smoothie preparation, and food and beverage preparation techniques
- Espresso and filter machine operation
- Food and Beverage industry experience and Food and Beverage technology
- Customer service, complaint handling, and upselling
- Health and Safety procedures and dairy restriction awareness
- Greek language and English language
