What you'll do
- Ensure smooth shift operations through customer-focused service
- Deliver service according to company standards
- Conduct on-the-job training according to departmental procedures
- Follow company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints
- Operate and clean espresso and filter machines as needed
- Prepare coffee, fresh juices and smoothies according to recipes and techniques
- Upsell while meeting guest needs
Key requirements
- Food and Beverage industry experience
- Customer service, complaint handling and upselling
- Espresso machine operation, filter machine operation and coffee preparation
- Fresh juice preparation, smoothie preparation and recipe adherence
- Greek language and English language
- Food and Beverage technology and Health and Safety procedures
