What you'll do
- Supervise and guide the Demand Planning team
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create forecasts
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics departments for unified demand forecasting
- Develop and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy
- Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across stores and central warehouse
- Identify and manage products with excess or insufficient inventory
- Contribute to setting safety stock and reorder points
- Support continuous improvement of forecasting tools and processes
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Demand Planning and Forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems, knowledge of SAP as a plus
- Data Analysis and KPI Development capabilities
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
- Fluency in English Language
- Understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Inventory Optimization and Supply Chain Collaboration expertise
- Economics / Business Administration / Mathematics / Logisticspreferred

Αναζητούμε έναν/μια Demand Planning Supervisor με ισχυρές οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την εποπτεία της διαδικασίας Demand & Forecasting, τη βελτιστοποίηση αποθεμάτων και τη συνεργασία με πολλαπλά τμήματα για την επίτευξη των στόχων διαθεσιμότητας και κόστους.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Εποπτεία και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας Demand Planning.
Ανάλυση ιστορικών δεδομένων πωλήσεων και τάσεων αγοράς για τη δημιουργία προβλέψεων
Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Πωλήσεων, Marketing και Logistics για ενοποιημένες πρόβλεψης ζήτησης
Ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση KPIs για την ακρίβεια προβλέψεων
Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
Παρακολούθηση και βελτιστοποίηση επιπέδων αποθέματος ανά κατάστημα και στην κεντρική αποθήκη
Εντοπισμός και διαχείριση προϊόντων με υπερβάλλον ή ελλιπές απόθεμα
Συμβολή στον καθορισμό safety stock και reorder points
Συνεισφορά στη συνεχή βελτίωση εργαλείων και διαδικασιών πρόβλεψης
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μαθηματικά, Logistics ή συναφές αντικείμενο
Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3-5 ετών σε ρόλο Demand Planning, εκ των οποίων 1-2 σε εποπτικό ρόλο
Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και Power BI
Εξοικείωση με ERP/MRP συστήματα – εμπειρία σε SAP θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και λήψης αποφάσεων βάσει KPIs
Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
