Key requirements

  • 2+ years' experience
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting with Slim4 or equivalent tools
  • ERP systems knowledge, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes and Inventory Management
  • Analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • English and Greek language proficiency
  • Supply Chain knowledge and Product portfolio management
  • Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administrationpreferred

We are looking for a Demand Planner in our office in Trikala, Greece.

Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain accurate monthly demand forecasts using Slim4 (or equivalent planning tools).

• Incorporate market intelligence, sales insights, and marketing activities into forecasts.

• Monitor forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, Bias) and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies.

ERP Transformation & Systems Integration

• Lead the transition from the current ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) from a demand planning perspective.

• Act as the key business representative in the ERP implementation project.

• Ensure successful integration between D365 and Slim4, maintaining data consistency and efficiency. S&OP & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Lead demand review meetings within the S&OP cycle.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to align forecasts with market dynamics.

• Participate in supply reviews with Operations and external partners.

• Support financial planning and budgeting processes.

Inventory Management & Replenishment

• Define and maintain inventory parameters to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Monitor inventory signals and proactively manage risks.

• Coordinate replenishment processes with procurement and supply planning.

• Lead customer service level though product availability reducing backorder at same time than mitigates overstock and write-off.

• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.

Product Portfolio Management

• Manage a product portfolio (up to ~2000 SKUs) in collaboration with Sales.

• Support new product introductions and product phase-outs.

You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar.

• 2–4 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or Supply Chain

• Experience with planning tools (Slim4 preferred or equivalent)

• Experience with ERP systems, D365 is strong plus

• Experience in ERP implementations or transformation projects is highly valued

• Experience managing mid-to-large SKU portfolios

• Fluent in English and Greek
