What you'll do
- Run and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP to plan material needs and trigger orders
- Manage stock levels to ensure availability and optimize warehouse space
- Translate production plans into daily and weekly schedules for factory lines to maximize machinery utilization
- Create and follow up on Purchase and Production Orders
- Coordinate with Procurement on supplier contracts
- Maintain accurate master data including Material Master and BOM
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to align downtimes with schedules
- Track key supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Support risk mitigation to ensure uninterrupted production
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Proficiency in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management) with core MRP operations
- Strong Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Production Scheduling skills
- Good knowledge of Material Planning, Stock Level Management, and Procurement Coordination
- Manufacturing process knowledge including lead times and batch sizes
- Excel and data analysis skills for supply chain KPI tracking
- Effective communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork abilities
- Logistics / Statistics / Production Management / Engineering / Operationspreferred

About the job
The Factory Planner is responsible for ensuring the availability of all raw and packaging materials required to meet the production plan, while also performing long-term material planning, taking into account future requirements and warehouse constraints.
All purchasing, material planning, and production scheduling activities are carried out in SAP, in line with Lean Value Stream principles and guidelines.

Translate production plans into daily/weekly schedules for the factory lines, ensuring maximum utilization of machinery and manufacturing capacity
Create and follow up on Purchase & Production Orders
Coordinate with Procurement on supplier contracts
Maintain accurate master data (Material Master & BOM)
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Maintenance teams to align technical downtimes with the manufacturing schedule
Track key supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions
Support risk mitigation to ensure uninterrupted production
What makes you successful
University Degree in Logistics, Statistics, Production Management, Engineering, or any other related field
MBA or master’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or Statistics would be a plus
At least 2 years of proven experience in Supply Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Scheduling, or Industrial Factory Operations.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data skills
Good understanding of manufacturing processes (lead times, batch sizes, etc.)
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules, as well as core MRP operations
Adaptable, agile, communicative, good team player, hard-working, able to work autonomously, with strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to prioritize workload effectively and manage multi-tasking activities under tight deadlines
Fluency in Greek & English
