- Lead or participate in projects related to sourcing, line transfers, and MOQ optimization
- Lead or participate in IT enhancements of planning tools, ERP, and reporting tools
- Share good practices with other regions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Supply Planning and Production Planning skills
- Experience with S&OP / IBP Processes and Planning Tools like Blue Yonder and Anaplan
- ERP (JDE) and Reporting Tools (Power BI) knowledge
- Strong Data Analysis and Inventory Optimization capabilities

About the job
As part of the Supply Planning Europe Shaver team, the End to End Supply Planner manages the production from BIC Plants for Global demand as well as the copacking activity and the distribution planning to European markets (10 warehouses to deliver according to customer demand in 25 countries).
PRODUCTION PLANNING
Build and align with the factory on the weekly constrained production plan (short term). Monitor the accomplishment of the plan and challenge the factory when necessary.
Prepare supply review meeting: define the optimal medium-long term production plan in order to mitigate shortages, machine maintenances, factory shut-down, new product launches, or to reflect different business or manufacturing assumptions
Drive the monthly supply review meeting (IBP) to validate the optimal medium-long term production plan.
DEPLOYMENT & COPACKING
Process shipments from factories to European hubs and to other regions
Launch weekly co-packing work orders according to various constraints such as component availability, promotion anticipation or load at the co-packing center
Manage weekly distribution from the 2 European hubs to the 8 local European distribution centers
INVENTORY, PERFORMANCE & ANALYSIS
Prepare IBP Europe monthly meeting by building mid & long-term supply constraints and associated scenarios
Ensure smooth and timely communication on short-term constraints with STPA, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to maximize service level (OTIF) & limit out-of-stock impact
Optimize bulks & finished goods inventory levels in all warehouses and define action plans for overstock reduction such as unpacking of co-packed item or stock rebalancing
Collaborate with all regions to Leverage planning tools parameters to adapt to supply chain constraints
Lead or participate to various projects such as change of sourcing, transfer of lines, MOQ optimization
Lead or participate to IT enhancements of the planning tools (Blue Yonder, Anaplan), the ERP (JDE) & the reporting tool (Power BI)
Share good practices with other regions
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a Master in Supply Chain or related field
You have 2+ years of experience within demand or supply planning function within a fast-paced environment, familiar with S&OP / IBP processes and planning tools
You are fluent in English
You have experience with interacting in a complex, cross-functional, matrix and multicultural environment
You have demonstrated strong analytical skills and are comfortable in managing lots of data from multiple sources
You’d describe yourself as reliable, curious, proactive, problem solver. Detail oriented as well as with a strategic view
You are team player with a high customer focus
You have great communication skills that allow you to collaborate, educate and influence people from different backgrounds
Your previous experience in FMCG will be a plus
