What you'll do
- Oversee financial performance of international subsidiaries ensuring transparency and alignment with group objectives
- Act as primary finance business partner to local entities and provide financial guidance
- Coordinate with local accounting teams and external partners ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings
- Review and validate financial statements and analyze performance trends
- Lead preparation and consolidation of management reports for CFO and senior leadership
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes challenging assumptions and ensuring plan alignment
- Conduct variance analysis identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
- Partner with production and operations teams to monitor and analyze cost of production
- Support implementation and monitoring of cost control initiatives
- Ensure effective internal controls and drive improvements in financial processes
- Participate in financial analysis, business cases, and strategic projects as required
- Contribute to optimization of financial reporting systems, tools, and automation initiatives
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Financial Controlling and Financial Reporting expertise including financial statements preparation
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Internal Controls
- Experience with Automation Tools to optimize finance tasks
- Stakeholder Management and Strategic Financial Planning capabilities
- Costing Analysis related to production and operations
- Business Case Development and Financial Analysis abilities
- Finance / Accounting / Business Administrationpreferred
