What you'll do
- Engage in actuals and forecast preparation and submission with performance analysis and commentary
- Manage cost and investment data aligned with Group controlling framework and liaise with relevant departments
- Perform detailed margin analysis by service and customer to support profitability and pricing decisions
- Act as finance business partner monitoring financial performance and identifying risks and opportunities
- Build and assess business cases for commercial strategy, investments, and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to preparation and presentation of management reporting for company and group to support decision-making
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial, scheme-related, and regulatory reporting including submissions to Bank of Greece
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Actuals and Forecast Preparation with performance analysis
- Financial Control including cost, investment management, and margin analysis
- Business Partnering with financial performance monitoring and risk identification
- Management Reporting and Regulatory Reporting including Bank of Greece submissions
- Analytical and Critical Thinking with data-driven approach and problem-solving skills
- English Proficiency and Greek Proficiency
- Experience in Financial Services or Regulated Environment and Big 4 Consulting or Multinational Organizations
- Organizational and Accountability Skills
- Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred

About your future role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our Financial Planning & Controlling team. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to:
Engage in actuals and forecast preparation and submission; analyze performance versus scenarios and provide meaningful commentary in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Manage cost and investment data in the local planning and control system, ensuring continuous alignment with the Group controlling framework and acting as a single point of contact for relevant departments.
Perform detailed margin analysis by service and customer, supporting profitability assessment and pricing decisions.
Act as a finance business partner to business stakeholders, monitoring financial performance and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
Build and assess business cases to support commercial strategy, investments, and transformation initiatives.
Contribute to the preparation and presentation of management reporting for the Company and the Group, supporting Top Management decision‑making.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial, scheme‑related (e.g. card schemes), and regulatory reporting, including submissions to the Bank of Greece.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services, payments, or another regulated environment.
Experience in Big 4 consulting firms and/or complex multinational organizations is considered a strong plus.
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.
Professional certifications (IFRS, CPA, CFA) are considered an asset.
Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability, with the ability to operate in a demanding and fast‑paced environment
