What you'll do
- Support development, management, and implementation of the Program's Cost Management Plan, policies, and procedures
- Develop, manage, and administer relevant Cost Management Systems
- Execute purchasing strategies including PO and contract creation in SAP
- Monitor Construction and Design Commitments per project
- Prepare payment certificate forecasts
- Develop, manage, update, report and issue the Program's Cost Performance including actual and forecast costs
- Integrate cost data from consultants, project managers, and contractors
- Prepare and issue monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Ensure cost data adherence and reporting against agreed cost KPIs
- Identify cost changes/variations affecting project outcomes
- Support development and updating of the Integrated Project Master Schedule and Baseline
- Liaise and integrate with cost, risk, and scheduling teams
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Cost Management Systems, budgeting, and cost forecasting
- Familiarity with SAP modules MM, PS, FI
- Understanding of Procurement Purchasing Rules including RFA, RFX, PO
- Skills in Project and Programme Controls
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and report writing skills
- Engineering/Construction / Project Managementpreferred

Cost Control Senior Associate, Controls Division
Based @ The Ellinikon Offices
The Cost Control Senior Associate will be reporting to the Cost Control Senior Manager. Our new colleague in this position will be responsible to provide technical expertise, for The Ellinikon Project, regarding the Cost Management function; he or she will support other Project and Programme Controls functions, shall play a key role in the integration, analysis and monitoring the Hellinikon Program’s Cost data, as well as in the preparation of all relevant reports.
In detail, the new colleague in this position shall support the team in various matters, such as:
• Support the development, management and implementation of the Program’s Cost Management Plan,
Policies and Procedures and the development, management, and administration of the relevant Cost
Management Systems.
• Executing purchasing strategies defined by management (PO & Contract creation in SAP, monitoring
Construction & Design Commitments per Project, Preparing Payment Certificate forecasts).
• Develop, manage, update, report and issue the Program’s Cost Performance (Actual and Forecast Cost,
Performance Management), by integrating all relevant costs (assigned Consultants, Project Managers
and Contractors Project Cost Data).
• Preparation and issuance of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Progress, as well as ad-hoc, Reports and
Presentations to Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Assurance of all cost data submitted by the Consultants, Project Managers and Contractors, adherence
checking, and reporting against agreed cost KPIs.
• Be alert to any cost changes/variations that may influence the Project’s outcomes; support the
development, management, updating, reporting and issuing of the Integrated Project Master
Schedule and Baseline; liaise, support and integrate with the cost, risk and scheduling teams.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Construction, ideally combined with a Project Management
post graduate degree.
Professional Experience and other skills:
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of Cost Management,
Basic knowledge of SAP modules (MM, PS, FI etc).
Good understanding of other Project and Programme Controls functions/systems.
Excellent Understanding of RFA, RFX, PO etc & all the Procurement Purchasing Rules.
Good Knowledge of Cost Management Systems & financial processes (budgeting, forecasting etc.
Proficient MS Office User
