What you'll do
- Prepare, coordinate and execute wind turbine installation projects from planning through successful site completion
- Plan mobilisation and ensure equipment, tools, materials and technical documentation are ready for deployment
- Coordinate internal departments on the procurement, preparation and delivery of project equipment and materials
- Lead and manage a small field team, ensuring safe and efficient work to project requirements
- Coordinate and participate in equipment installation and commissioning at wind turbine sites
- Act as the main contact between the company, clients and site engineering teams during project execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and site-specific procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to the COO
- Prepare technical reports, site documentation and project completion records
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Field engineering and installation and commissioning
- Project planning and coordination
- Team leadership
- Technical drawing interpretation and technical troubleshooting
- Health and safety procedures
- Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Greek language, English language, Driving and willingness to travel
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Engineering
