What you'll do

  • Lead engineering design and delivery of utility-scale solar PV and renewable energy projects

  • Implement and ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures, and quality requirements
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, grid codes, industry standards, and project specifications
  • Review and approve major engineering deliverables internally and externally
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support technical contract negotiations and claims management

Key requirements

  • 10+ years' experience
  • Utility-scale solar PV project engineering and related renewable energy technologies
  • Engineering design and multidisciplinary engineering coordination
  • Technical project management and leadership including stakeholder management
  • Electrical infrastructure (HV/MV) and grid connection requirements knowledge
  • Engineering standards compliance, quality assurance, and engineering deliverables preparation and review
  • Technical risk identification, mitigation, and contractual/commercial awareness
  • Electrical Engineering
