What you'll do
- Manage and monitor implementation of technical and construction projects across all phases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Support and supervise preparation and review of building and technical studies
- Manage contractual obligations, correspondence, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress through project control procedures and reporting
- Support technical maturation and readiness of projects prior to implementation and tendering
- Identify project risks, delays, or technical challenges and propose mitigation measures
- Participate in technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project Management and Contract Management skills
- Technical Studies and Project Controls expertise
- Project Scheduling and Budgeting abilities
- Strong Communication, Coordination, and Leadership skills
- Problem-Solving and Compliance knowledge
- Familiarity with Engineering and Construction Standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and Report Writing
- Civil Engineering
