What you'll do
- Design and execute the company's commercial growth strategy
- Take full ownership of the commercial function and ensure consistent execution
- Define and own KPIs and performance targets for the commercial organization
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and business opportunities
- Stay actively engaged in sales and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead commercial expansion in core international markets, focusing on Balkans and Egypt
- Drive growth in strategic sectors like water supply, irrigation, wastewater, power generation, infrastructure
- Explore and pursue new business models and go-to-market approaches
- Build and lead the commercial department, overseeing sales and marketing functions
- Structure and scale the commercial organization as the company grows
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture within the commercial team
