What you'll do
- Support preparation and coordination of architectural studies and building permit application process

Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Greek New Building Regulation (NOK), urban planning legislation, and building permit process in Greece
- Architectural design for residential developments including apartment buildings and large-scale projects
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Rhino for technical drawings and presentations
- Project management and coordination with structural and MEP consultants
- Technical documentation preparation and quality review
- Fluency in Greek and English languages
- Analytical thinking with strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities

Intellectica is seeking an accomplished Architect on behalf of its client, a well-established company with more than 30 years of excellence in architecture, construction, and real estate development, headquartered in Glyka Nera, Attiki. Reporting directly to the Head of Architecture, this full-time position offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to conceptually driven, technically sophisticated projects, playing a key role throughout the design and delivery process.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
·Support the preparation and coordination of architectural studies and assist in the end-to-end building permit application process in compliance with the Greek New Building Regulation (NOK) and applicable planning legislation
Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and technical documentation for residential developments, including apartment buildings, private residences, and larger-scale projects, under guidance
Prepare and update architectural drawings, construction documentation, specifications, and presentation materials across all project stages
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to support the development of fully integrated, technically accurate, and buildable design solutions
Provide technical support during design, permitting, and construction phases, assisting in resolving architectural and regulatory issues
Review project deliverables for basic technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and statutory requirements
Support the management of multiple projects, assisting in tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordination of inputs to ensure smooth project delivery
Assist the Head of Architecture in maintaining design quality, technical consistency, and continuous improvement across projectsAny other tasks that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; master’s degree is considered a plus
2+ years of professional experience in architectural design, building permitting, and project delivery
Demonstrated experience in the successful issuance of building permits in Greece
Strong knowledge of the Greek New Building Regulation (NOK), urban planning legislation, and the Greek building permit process
Proven experience in the design and delivery of residential developments, including apartment buildings, private residences, and large-scale projects
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Rhino, with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings, architectural studies, and design presentations
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
