What you'll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, management, and external partners
- Process all employee HR transactions from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare and distribute local HR communications
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with policies and compensation
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Calculate employee paychecks, withholding taxes, and deductions
- Optimize payroll functions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Payroll processing and payroll legislation and regulations
- Accounting fundamentals
- MS Office proficiency
- English at C1 level

min. 2 years of previous experience (or equivalent) in payroll field
C1 English
MS Office knowledge
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations
Your tasks

Prepare and roll-out the local HR communication
Support in audit preparation, compliance with policies and compensation and benefits
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
Handle and optimize payroll functions including calculating employee pay checks, withholding taxes and any other deductions
