bids & proposal engineer

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end preparation of technical and techno-commercial bids ensuring completeness and compliance
- Review and interpret client documentation such as RFQs, ITTs, and technical specifications
- Develop technical value propositions including installation methodologies and execution concepts
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, project management, operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support cost estimation with technical input, assumptions, and resource requirements
- Prepare project schedules and resource plans
- Maintain and enhance bid documentation library with updated templates and reference content
- Participate in bid reviews and risk assessments proposing mitigation measures
- Manage post-submission clarifications and technical discussions with clients
Key requirements
- Technical writing and client documentation review and interpretation
- Tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation for offshore and subsea engineering projects
- Offshore and subsea engineering knowledge including installation methodologies and vessel operations
- Collaboration with engineering, project management, operations, and suppliers
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Project planning tools
- Project scheduling and resource planning, risk identification and mitigation, and engineering assumptions and cost estimation input
