What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate public and international tenders
- Review tender documentation, technical specifications, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and validate technical and financial proposals
- Coordinate with R&D for product customization or new solution development
- Liaise with Legal and Finance teams for tender documentation and compliance
- Support tender evaluation phase and handle appeals if required
- Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Maintain communication with agents and branches for international tender submissions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Public procurement procedures and reviewing compliance requirements
- Technical specifications analysis and tender documentation preparation
- Coordination with R&D, Legal, and Finance departments
- Project management and time management skills
- English communication
- Experience with marine safety and lifesaving equipment sector
- Mechanical Engineeringpreferred
