What you'll do
- Drive identification, development, and execution of HR Roadmap topics, programs, and initiatives across organizational units
- Ensure proactive and structured handling of ad-hoc and strategic HR issues such as retention, succession planning, and capacity planning
- Lead preparation and presentation of data, KPIs, reports, and documents for HR and business leader alignment and decision making
- Analyze data and trends to create, implement, and evaluate action plans on motivation, turnover, and compliance
- Drive identification, conception, and implementation of key performance metrics
Key requirements
- Driving HR initiatives and projects within an international business setting
- Communication and networking skills with strategic mindset and analytical approach
- Business acumen and strategic thinking and execution
- Work experience in HR, Project Management, or Consulting
- English language proficiency C1
- Data analysis, KPI development and management, report preparation and presentation
- Retention and succession planning
