What you'll do
- Design, develop and perform electrical and non-electrical tests according to procedures and specifications
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and certificates
- Coordinate daily laboratory activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely testing
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements and internal procedures
- Prepare and implement test plans and quality evaluation criteria
- Investigate, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues during testing
- Define and monitor corrective actions to improve system and product performance
- Monitor development and production stages to identify and resolve quality issues
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Support planning of laboratory activities to avoid delays
- Support certification audits and customer assessments with technical data and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve test methods and laboratory procedures
- Provide technical guidance and training to laboratory personnel

Our industrial facilities in Bucharest, Romania produce a wide product portfolio which includes cables for indoor installations, power, control, industrial applications, low and medium voltage, are-retardant, are-resistant and halogen-free cables, mine cables, marine and special-requirement cables, telecommunication cables, signaling, remote control and data transmission cables, as well as plastic and rubber compounds.
