About the job

We are looking for a Properties & Facilities Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain a complete record of the Group’s facilities (head offices, rental/sales branches, warehouses, etc.).

  • Oversee urban planning and zoning compliance of facilities with applicable regulations, in cooperation with external consultants.

  • Supervise and ensure that facilities comply with all required operating licenses, in cooperation with external partners.

  • Obtain quotations from suppliers/partners and manage related contracts.

  • Assign projects to external contractors and monitor their execution.

  • Monitor and supervise the operation of building systems.

  • Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.

  • Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.

  • Conduct regular facility inspections.

  • Participate in the real estate valuation team.

Job Requirements:

The job holder needs to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute).

  • 3–5 years of professional experience either in a property/facility management company (with emphasis on hard services/renovations), as a construction coordinator in a construction company, or in a similar in-house role within another organization.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills (especially in MS Excel).

  • Project management skills.

  • Proactive personality with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work on-site and travel for business purposes within Greece.

  • Willingness to assume increased responsibilities in the future.
