Job description:
H Hotels Collection is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and supporting the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Administering employee benefits and maintaining personnel records.
Assisting in performance management processes and conducting employee evaluations.
Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Organizing employee training and development programs.
Maintaining positive employee relations and addressing any workplace issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a related field.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is a plus.
Skills and experience:
No prior experience in HR is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
